               A 2020  meta-analysis  by the  University of California,  Berkeley  indicated that  emotionally savvy
                 leadership can boost employee engagement and productivity by 20% and 12%, respectively.


               A 2021 Hay Group study indicated that teams with strong emotional intelligence have 50% fewer
                 disputes and 67% better collaboration.


               According to a 2018 study by the Centre for Creative Leadership, firms with emotionally aware leaders
                 see 58% reduced turnover rates.


                 A 2019 study by the University of Michigan discovered that teams with strong emotional intelligence

                 are 20% more inventive.

               Stronger employer brand and reputation: A 2022 study by Glassdoor found that companies with high

                 Glassdoor ratings for emotional intelligence have 10% lower turnover.

         However, challenges remain:

               Developing effective measurement tools for emotional intelligence

               Providing training and support in a way that is accessible and impactful.

               Integrating emotional intelligence into existing HR processes and systems

         Despite these challenges, the trend towards integrating emotional intelligence into HR practices is undeniable.
         As  organizations  strive  to  create  positive  and  productive  workplaces  in  a  rapidly  changing  environment,

         emotional intelligence is becoming a key differentiator and a strategic investment in their human capital.
