systems. Thirdly, it enables re-engagement by assessing candidates' interest levels even after a job opening is

closed, keeping a record of potential candidates for future positions. AI plays a crucial role post-offer
acceptance, managing the period of uncertainty before a candidate joins by ensuring continued engagement.

Furthermore, in the realm of new hire on boarding, AI supports the process by providing information about
policies, procedures, and organizational culture, streamlining formalities and offering relevant resources. In

terms of career development, AI contributes by motivating employees through tailored training programs and

personalized coaching aligned with organizational needs. Moreover, AI aids in employee relations, efficiently
handling queries through chat boxes and virtual conversations on various topics. Lastly, AI enhances

traditional scheduling tasks by automating processes such as booking meetings or interview halls, saving time
and reducing administrative burdens. This multifaceted role of AI in HR showcases its diverse applications

throughout the employee lifecycle.(Geetha R and Bhanu Sree Reddy D,2018) .
