              The  waterfall  technique  is  a  conventional,  sequential  approach  to  project  management  in  which
              requirements are collected up front and the project moves through discrete phases with little room

              for flexibility.
              The graphic lists a number of difficulties that come with Waterfall in the context of HR, such as:

                   Low levels of engagement among employees

                   high incidence of attrition

                   Absence of employee input
                   Prolonged neglect of employee grievances


              Agile HR, on the other hand, is a flexible and iterative methodology that prioritises ongoing

              feedback, teamwork, and adaptability to change. The illustration indicates that Agile HR may assist
              businesses in overcoming the difficulties brought on by Waterfall via: gathering feedback from staff

              members via continuous pulse surveys
              enhancing managers' capacity to gather feedback fostering an environment at work where giving

              feedback is valued. In general, the graphic implies that Agile HR is a better method of handling HR

              in the fast-paced corporate world of today.
