Employees’ attitude towards fringe benefits

             Commentary :

            1)  The  case study  aims to  determine how employees  understand
          monetary and non monetary rewards during the duration of their
          employment.

            2) The research methodology used for this case study is descriptive
          research accomplished by analyzing secondary data collected from
          some research papers, books and articles.
            3) This study is focused on evaluating the many incentives and
          motivating strategies that management might use to address real-world
          human resource issues at their place of employment.













        Introduction
        Fringe benefits, or that portion of the
       overall compensation package delivered
       to employees in full or in part by
       company payments, have a significant
       role in determining how compensation
       packages   are  structured   (Weiss,
       A.,1984). Most managers criticize their
       company’s  pay  policies  as  ineffective
       when questioned about them (Lai,
       H-H.,2011). Given their lack of
       control over employee compensation
