LLP, a chain of patisseries that
sells only vegetarian baked
goods. The company is owned
by artisan bakers. however, it
caters to vegetarians only.

Co-founded in the year 2018
with Mr. Akshay Shah by Dr. Anita
Kshetri, here is the interview with our professor
and entrepreneur Dr. Anita Kshetri.

1. What motivated you to launch this company?
Since I’m a big foodie and food is one of the
many things that motivates individuals, I started
the company because I was excited about the
potential to do something unique with food. I
simply said, “Let’s become foodpreneurs,” and
that’s what happened.

2. Who is your role model?

I really need to think about this because there
are so many role models to discuss that it’s
incredibly challenging to draw inspiration from
just one in particular.
