         women  to  achieve  success  and  sustain  their  businesses.  They  must  learn  from  their  experiences,  adapt
         themselves,  and  overcome  the  obstacles  in  their  field,  for  that  aspiring  women  require  support  from  the

         government and need an established ecosystem.  They must creatively utilize their strengths to overcome
         threats  and  seize  opportunities  in  order  to  minimize  their  weaknesses.  As  a  result,  various  factors  has

         contributed in giving hike of females as founders. Consequently, it is essential for women to sustain and

         collaborate each and every necessary shot using the accessible opportunities. Ultimately, this part contributes
         to  the social and economic development  of their families,  leading to  greater equality and importance for

         themselves as well as for the nation. Mothers are frequently known to be the most sustainable individuals on
         the planet. From handling unconsumed food and household trash to reusing articles of clothing, they are the

         master of sustainable and rational way of life. These ladies will surely help us to achieve a greener future.

         Findings and discussion – This research explore how women are making a difference in the green technology

         and sustainable industries. It looks at how women entrepreneurs, driven by their motivations, are contributing

         to a more sustainable future. The research also tells the challenges women face and how their businesses
         impact society, the economy, and the environment. The study found that many women are interested in starting

         or joining green businesses, but they face hurdles like cost and lack of support. To help more women succeed,
         the research suggests governments should:

             1.  Raise awareness: Let people know about the opportunities in these fields.

             2.  Offer  financial help: Make  it  easier  for women to  get the money they need to  start or join green
                 businesses.

             3.  Simplify regulations: Make the rules less complicated and easier to understand.
             4.  Provide guidance and training: Offer support and resources to help women learn what they need to

                 know to succeed.

             5.  Connect women with mentors: Pair women with experienced professionals who can offer guidance
                 and support.

                 By taking  these  steps,  we  can encourage  more  women to  get  involved  in green technology and
                 sustainability, leading to a brighter future for all.

         Scope of Further Research
         This study lays the groundwork for understanding aspiring and current women entrepreneurs in the green

         technology  and  sustainable  industry.  To  advance  our  understanding  and  support  the  growth  of  women

         entrepreneurs  in  the  green  technology  sector,  future  research  could  explore  several  key  areas.  Firstly,
         examining the regional  disparities in  women's  entrepreneurial  activities across different  states  could  help

         identify  where  support  is  most  needed  and  inform  targeted  interventions.  Secondly,  delving  into  the

         motivations  behind  women entering  green technology entrepreneurship, including societal  influences  and
         personal aspirations, can guide efforts to encourage more women to join the sector. Thirdly, assessing the
