The graph illustrates the level of interest among respondents in the field of green and sustainability. It shows

that 38% of females are moderately interested, 34% are very interested, and around 10.8% are extremely
interested. Notably, the percentage of females who are somewhat interested or not interested is quite low.

The chart depicts the interest of females in pursuing a career in green tech and sustainability. Approximately
40% indicate a probable yes, around 34% are unsure, and 6% are definite yeses. A minority of females are

indicating no interest.

Fig-6 Factors that encourage to pursue career

The graph reveals that making a positive impact on the environment is the leading factor encouraging female
respondents to pursue green careers, with 48% selecting it. Other key motivators include challenging and

innovative work opportunities (44.6%) and good job prospects and salaries (50.6%). Opportunities for

personal growth (44%) and the presence of role models and mentors (20.5%) also play a role in their career
choices.
