To highlight the crucial role of an agile global workforce in achieving the ambitious goals of Viksit Bharat

2047, India's vision for an empowered and thriving nation.

An agile global workforce is essential for achieving the ambitious goals of Viksit Bharat 2047, India's vision

for a thriving nation on the world stage. This future demands a shift towards a dynamic skilling ecosystem that
equips individuals with relevant skills for an evolving job landscape shaped by automation and technological

advancements. Imagine young Indians, armed with cutting-edge digital abilities and adept at problem-solving,

seamlessly integrating into global value chains. This agile workforce, attuned to the demands of a globalized
world, will drive innovation, and propel India's economic growth.

Furthermore, Viksit Bharat 2047 envisions an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to
participate. Bridging the digital divide and ensuring equitable access to quality education are crucial steps in

empowering individuals from all walks of life to join the global workforce. Imagine a future where a rural

youth from Maharashtra, fluent in both local languages and international business communication, spearheads
a multinational project. This inclusive approach will unleash the immense potential of India's human capital,

making it a true global talent powerhouse.

An agile global workforce thrives on innovation and collaboration. By fostering a culture that embraces diverse

perspectives and encourages new ideas, we can leverage this talent to address not only local needs but also

contribute significantly to global challenges. Imagine a team of Indian professionals collaborating with
international counterparts to develop cutting-edge solutions. This collaborative spirit, driven by an agile mind-

set, will be the cornerstone of India's success on the world stage. Remember, an agile workforce is not just a
dream for the future, but a necessary stepping stone towards achieving the goals of Viksit Bharat 2047. By

investing in skilling, promoting inclusivity, and fostering innovation, we can empower our people to shape the
future of the global workforce and write a new chapter in India's story.

             1. To foster awareness and facilitate recognition of the Abilene Paradox.

The modern workforce, characterized by increasing diversity and global distribution, presents exciting
opportunities for collaboration alongside potential challenges. Gen Z, a dominant force within this landscape,

is known for their commitment to authenticity, individuality, and open communication. While this

interconnectedness fosters collaboration, it also harbours the potential pitfall of the Abilene Paradox. Building
an Agile Global Workforce demands more than harnessing diverse perspectives; it necessitates fostering an

environment where individual voices are truly heard, and decisions reflect genuine aspirations. This objective
necessitates fostering awareness and recognition of the Abilene Paradox, a seemingly abstract concept with

profound implications for group dynamics within Agile teams.
