2. Developing Critical Thinking Skills: Equipping individuals with critical thinking skills empowers them
to analyse information objectively, evaluate decisions, and voice their opinions constructively (Lim &
Lee, 2021). This can help them navigate the complexities of group dynamics and avoid blindly
following the herd, leading to better decision-making, and fostering a culture of innovation, critical for
realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat.
3. Leveraging Technology for Inclusive Collaboration: Technology can play a crucial role in promoting
inclusive collaboration by providing platforms for asynchronous communication, knowledge sharing,
and collective decision-making (Ayad & Sapienza, 2020).

Research Methodology
Simple Random Sampling has been used to draw data of 30+ individuals who have done their
internships & also working professionals.
The method used is Descriptive Statistics.
Descriptive statistics, in the context of the Abilene Paradox, provide a numerical and graphical summary of
data related to this paradox. These statistics offer a snapshot of how individuals, groups, or organizations
experience and respond to the phenomenon. It helps us gain a clear and concise understanding of the Abilene
Paradox's occurrence and its impact on decision-making processes. This quantitative approach provides
valuable insights into the prevalence and manifestations of the paradox.
