an average weighted score of 4.0125 out of 5. The majority of participants either find it likely or very
likely that they will continue to use digital libraries in their future academic or informational pursuits.
5.11 What are your expectations for use of digital libraries in the future?
Time convenience and easy accessibility are highlighted as crucial expectations, indicating a need
for efficient use regardless of time and place.
Expectations for safety, security, and easy availability reflect the importance of a reliable and secure
digital library environment.
Anticipation for a more interactive and accessible future implies a desire for continuous
improvements and advancements in digital library technology.
Respondents anticipate enhanced learning experiences, indicating a belief that digital libraries can
positively impact education.
In summary, expectations for future digital libraries centre on improved accessibility, enhanced features,
inclusivity, and a commitment to providing a secure and reliable platform for diverse educational needs.
Findings

over 80% of respondents agreed that they find it beneficial.
