         Abstract
Entrepreneurship is allegedly the cornerstone of economic expansion. It is well-known that a region's level of
entrepreneurial activity has a significant direct impact on the region's economic growth. Entrepreneurs are no
longer thought to be born; rather, it is now generally acknowledged that they may be fostered and developed
through appropriate interventions, such as entrepreneurship development programmes. The contemporary
information technology revolution and the changing environment brought on by liberalisation, privatisation,
and globalisation are providing opportunities that skilled entrepreneurs are utilising. Yet, a substantial
percentage of the population frequently fails to take advantage of these opportunities, particularly in the areas
with a lack of industrial development. Hence, entrepreneurship training and skill development are required to
mainstream this group into the ongoing process of economic growth and development. The demographics of
entrepreneurs have changed as more women participate in the commercial world as entrepreneurs or firm
owners. Academics are focusing on these intriguing phenomena since women-owned firms are becoming
increasingly involved in society and the economy. The cornerstone of fostering economic progress often rests
upon the twin pillars of skill enhancement and entrepreneurial endeavours. It is widely acknowledged that the
level of entrepreneurial engagement within a region significantly influences its economic trajectory. This paper
highlights the emerging trends and issues pertaining as well as challenges for women's entrepreneurship
         development
Keywords: Rural Women Entrepreneurs; Issues at hand regarding Women Entrepreneurs, Challenges
         pertaining to women entrepreneurship.
         Introduction:
The advancement of women is essential to a nation's overall development. A woman entrepreneur is someone
who adjusts to changing socioeconomic conditions while maintaining her financial independence and role as
an employer. Entrepreneurs have a strong drive to act, making them ideally suited for delivering and providing
quality in both the personal and professional spheres. Women are capable of launching, running, and managing
successful enterprises. The Indian government defines women's entrepreneurship as a business that has at least
a fifty-one percent female ownership ratio and provides at least fifty-one percent of its employment
