Out of the total 80 responses collected:
- 58 respondents identified as postgraduate students, constituting approximately 72.5% of the sample.
19 respondents identified as undergraduate students, representing approximately 23.8% of the sample.
The remaining respondents included research scholars or individuals at the 12th-grade level.
This analysis gives us a good look at the education levels of the people who answered the survey. It
shows that most of them are doing postgraduate studies.
5.3 What specific digital library services or resources did you find most valuable? (e.g., e-books,
online databases, e-journals, virtual assistance)
The analysis reveals a clear preference for e-books as the most valued digital library resource,
highlighting the importance of accessible and digital book formats. E-journals, online databases, and
virtual assistance also contribute significantly to the overall perceived value of digital library services.
The acknowledgment of "All" resources underscores the importance of a comprehensive and inclusive
digital library experience. Understanding these preferences can guide digital library providers in
optimizing and expanding services based on user needs and expectations.
