         Literature review:

People need information, and digital libraries (DLs) provide a collection of organized information

resources. These libraries are designed to match the tasks and activities people do when they create,
search for, and use information sources. (Feng, Jeusfeld, & Hoppenbrouwers -2005).

The process of establishing and implementing a digital library, focusing specifically on college libraries.
It delves into the requirements for hardware, software, processing, and recovery technologies. The

emphasis is on creating a sophisticated user interface, along with improved browsing, input, and

reporting features, ensuring that the system is accessible from any location. (Rajasekar, V., Premalatha,
         J., Sathya, K., Varthini, R. J., & Ishwarya, S. P. 2021)

The Health Sciences Library at the Central Florida University is mostly online, with 98% of its resources
available digitally. When the physical library closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, the library team

smoothly shifted to providing remote help, programs, and teaching because of its digital nature.

         (Gotschall, T., Gillum, S., Herring, P., Lambert, C., Collins, R., & Dexter, N. 2021).
Analysis encompassed 225 articles authored by 496 contributors from 66 countries and affiliated with

379 organizations. This global perspective sheds light on the diverse experiences and responses of

libraries worldwide during the pandemic. The collaborative efforts of 496 authors underscore the
collective response of the academic community in addressing the challenges faced by libraries. (Nadi-

         Ravandi & Batooli -2023).
Self-efficacy significantly influences the users understand utility and simplicity when anticipating the

utilization of e-libraries. Additionally, the findings indicate that self-efficacy, Perceived utility, and

simplicity of usage all directly contribute to the significant impact on e-library usage. Additionally, the
findings imply that when it comes to explaining why people use e-libraries, thinking it's easy to use

completely explains the importance of self-efficacy. Similarly, when predicting use of e-libraries,
thinking it's useful completely mediates the relationship between finding it easy to use and actual usage.

         (Ramayah, T., & Aafaqi, B. 2004).

The students of Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University have firmly embraced the practice of utilizing the e-
Library. To enhance its benefits, the establishment of a dedicated facility, distinct from the crowded

spaces, has significantly increased its acceptance, especially among female users. Allocating an upstairs
area exclusively for females has further stimulated its use within this demographic. There is clear

evidence indicating the influence of computer experience on facility usage; 52% of respondents with a
