Research Methodology
Utilized the user survey method for this research. Designed and distributed a questionnaire to users to collect
primary data. Questionnaire Format included single select multiple-choice questions along with a few open-
ended questions.
In this paper we employed a 5-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree-1, Disagree-2, Neutral-3, Agree-4,
Strongly Agree-5) for questionnaire items for the data analysis and findings.
We have collected 80 voluntary responses collected through the distributed questionnaires.
We used Secondary Data for literature studies and references to incorporate relevant theories supporting the
research.
