         ABSTRACT
This research looks at the changing world of digital libraries or E-libraries, which are like organized

collections of various information you can access using technology. We're interested in how having good

content and easy-to-use access is important for these libraries to get better. Even though they have
benefits, there's a gap between telling people about E-libraries and whether users really want to keep

using them. It's essential for developers to know what students think about these libraries.

The research objectives include evaluating user perceptions, assessing user experience, analysing
concerns and risks, and exploring future usage intentions. The methodology involves a user survey with

a Likert scale, garnering 80 responses predominantly from postgraduate students. Key findings indicate
high perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and a balanced preference for digital and physical resources.

Concerns include data security and reliability, while users express a strong inclination to continue using
         digital libraries.

Suggestions for improvement include awareness programs, continuous Improvement of User Interface

enhancements, addressing perceived pressures, maintaining a balanced resource approach, and
prioritizing data security and reliability. Future-ready initiatives emphasize adapting to technological

         advancements and user feedback.

This research contributes valuable insights into user perspectives, challenges, and expectations, guiding
the improvement and growth of digital library services.

Keywords: Digital library; e-library; User satisfaction; Digital library users.

         Introduction

Digital libraries or E-libraries are like online treasure chests filled with organized information. They're

platforms where you can easily find and use a variety of data. Good content and user-friendly access are
key for these libraries to grow. Thanks to improvements in technology and the internet, there's a big

demand for tools that help people locate the information they need. In these digital libraries, details about
