         NDL India stands as a vast repository in the global digital landscape, offering information on diverse
         subjects,  accessible  to  users  worldwide,  irrespective  of  their  location  or  language  preference.  This

         extensive collection serves as a tailored service, available 24/7, allowing users to personalize information
         based  on  factors  such  as  education  level,  language  choice,  difficulty  level,  and  content  medium.

         Essentially, it provides a customized experience, ensuring learners can effortlessly discover the most

         relevant resources in the shortest time.
         As India is a country with many different languages and different geographical locations, it is difficult

         to achieve the goal of "Education for all." NDL India emerges as a solution to overcome these challenges,

         acting  as  a  catalyst  for  change.  Anticipated  to  revolutionize  the  education  landscape,  NDL  India
         empowers every citizen with knowledge resources, addressing longstanding obstacles in education and

         paving the way for innovative learning techniques.

         With the right focus, encouragement, and support, NDL India is poised to become a national asset,
         bringing  about  a  substantial  transformation  in  online  content  search  for  both  academic  and  general

         readerships. (Bisma, B., Nahida, N., & Loan, F. A. 2019).
         Research Objectives

         1. Evaluate User Perception:

         - Assess respondents' beliefs regarding the usefulness of digital libraries for academic or informational needs

         using a Likert scale from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree."
         2. User Experience and Satisfaction:

           - Evaluate the simplicity of usage and user-friendliness of digital libraries,  measuring overall satisfaction

         related to contentment or dissatisfaction.
         3. Concerns and Risks Analysis:

           - Identify and analyse concerns or risks associated with digital libraries, such as data security, reliability, and

         health hazards, considering the distribution of concerns among respondents.
         4. Future Usage Intentions and Expectations:

         - Explore respondents' intentions to continue using digital libraries in the future, utilizing a Likert scale from

         "Very Unlikely" to "Very Likely."
           - Solicit open-ended responses to capture expectations for future digital library use, aiming to understand

         anticipated advancements or improvements.
