"fair" computer experience spend 1-2 hours per visit to the e-Library. In contrast, 34 users with "good"

computer experience, spending 3-5 hours and more per visit, demonstrate a higher level of expertise.
This underscores the importance of encouraging students to attain basic computer literacy, as prolonged

interaction with the system enhances proficiency and deepens knowledge. It is recommended to
introduce a mandatory course on computer usage for all university students to promote computer literacy.

The study justifies the establishment of the e-Library, emphasizing its frequent use for assignments and
research. The electronic library facility is deemed a crucial medium that enhances teaching, learning,

and research, contributing significantly to the overall academic program of the university. The

substantial resources invested in its establishment and maintenance are therefore considered justifiable.
         (Adewole, S., & Batagarawa, S. A. 2013).

The study found that factors like usefulness, support, and resources influenced how much students used

these online services. Some students didn't use them much because of problems like not enough
infrastructure and support from staff. The study suggests that training and promoting these services could

         help. (Abdullah, H. L – 2023).

The analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of user satisfaction with the IAIN Bukittinggi E-
Library, guiding future efforts for enhancement. The findings offer a roadmap for prioritizing

improvements and sustaining successful aspects, ultimately contributing to an improved and user-centric
         e-Library experience. (Hamzah, Hultari, Purwati, & Nazaruddin, - 2022).

This research evaluates the suitability of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for use in developing

countries and looks at the variables that affect the adoption and usage of a digital library system. The
study also looks at how different elements affect how digital libraries are accepted in different nations

and continents. By making sure that design is in line with local users' real-world experiences, this
strategy hopes to facilitate the successful adoption of digital library systems. (Park, Roman, Lee, &

         Chung -2009).

The E-Library allows anyone with a computer and internet connection to access materials from the
library and information from local, regional, and global networks. E-Libraries are beneficial because

they make books easily portable, are environmentally friendly, and cost-effective. With the COVID-19
pandemic, many students and professionals have been working from home to maintain social distance.

The main goal of the library system is to provide reliable services 24/7 across different networks.

However, some aspects, like paying for lost books or dealing with overdue fines, are not well-addressed
in this approach. (Fyhr, Borell,& Jerkeman -2020).

The World Digital Library (WDL) is like a valuable treasure that faithfully represents the original
cultures and heritages of the world on a digital platform. It reflects the richness of cultures and heritages,

much like the morning sun, and shares this cultural wealth in the form of digital data across the globe.
