can be stored and accessed digitally.

E-libraries offer advantages such as efficient information retrieval, remote access, and enhanced search

capabilities. However, despite these benefits, there is a gap between promoting e-libraries and users'
actual intentions to continue using them. Understanding user perceptions, especially among students, is

crucial for e-library developers. (Jeong, H. 2011).
Researchers find the elements outlined in the Association of Research Libraries' (1995) definition of a

digital library more agreeable.

 The digital library is not a singular entity.

 Technology is necessary for connecting the resources of various digital libraries.
 End users can easily see the connections between various digital libraries.

 One goal is to make knowledge-based services and digital libraries accessible to everyone.

 Digital libraries don't just include copies of documents; they also include digital items that can't
be shared or shown on paper form.

A digital library might aim to provide techniques for compiling, storing, and organizing knowledge and

information in a non-print format, therefore facilitating the systematic expansion of a collection of digital
or non-print resources.
