1. Agricultural Transformation:
           • Financial Incentives: Introduce financial support schemes,
similar to Chhattisgarh’s Mission Millet Chhattisgarh, to
motivate farmers to cultivate millets. Offer input grants and
               subsidies for millet production.

           • Modernized Farming Practices: Promote precision
agriculture and efficient farming techniques by providing
training and resources, as seen in Madhya Pradesh, where
improved processing machinery and seed quality boost millet
               cultivation.

           • Promotion of Farmer Cooperatives: Establish farmer
cooperatives that facilitate procurement, storage, and
marketing of millet produce, ensuring fair pricing and
               efficient supply chains.
        2. Supporting Millet Food Processing:

           • Incentives for Food Processing Industries: Provide
incentives, grants, and tax benefits to food processing
industries focusing on millet-based products, encouraging
the development of diverse and innovative millet foods.
           • Quality Standards: Implement and enforce quality standards
for millet products, ensuring food safety and consistency.

           • Research and Development: Fund research for developing
new processing technologies and equipment that can
efficiently handle millets, minimizing food losses.
        3. Public Nutrition Programs:

           • Incorporate Millets: Integrate millets into public nutrition
programs, including school meal plans, mid-day meal
programs, and nutrition support for vulnerable populations,
drawing inspiration from the Chandigarh Take Home Ration
               initiative.
           • Chef Collaboration: Partner with chefs and culinary experts
to create appealing millet recipes that can be implemented in
               public institutions.
        4. Food Waste Reduction:
