        Streamline NABARD schemes to provide easier access to credit for
        millet  farmers and processors. Simplify application  procedures to

        have maximum beneficiaries.

        Facilitate  a platform for millet  stakeholders, including farmers,
        processors, researchers, and policymakers, to share knowledge and
        experiences.

        Establish a monitoring and evaluation system to assess the impact

        of these actions on millet production, processing, and consumption.
        Regularly review and adapt the plan based on performance.





        4.3 Limitations of the Study

        This study provides valuable insights into government programs
        promoting millet production and processing in India, accompanied by
        a recognition of certain limitations associated with the methodology

        employed.

        1. Data Quality and Reliability:

        The primary limitation of this study lies in the quality and reliability
        of the secondary data used. Secondary data are inherently limited by
        their original purpose and collection methods, and they do not align

        perfectly with the research questions posed in this study. Variations
        in data collection procedures and inconsistencies in reporting across
        different sources can introduce uncertainty into the analysis.

        2. Data Source Bias:


        Another consideration is the potential  bias associated with data
        sources. Much of the secondary data used in this study originate from
