A hot topic in the news is executive
compensation which is a compensation
paid to CEOs, CFOs and certain other
high ranking executive officers in
publicly owned companies. Scarcity
of talent determines the remuneration
package of the executives. The packages
of top executives are influenced by
the size of company performance,
industry to which they belong and
the contribution they make. Usually,
if the organisation is profit making,
