Employee compensation and benefits and its
                 challenges in the e-commerce sector

             Commentary :
            1)    The case study aims to determine the various elements of
          compensation and benefits offered to employees and its challenges in
          the e-commerce industry.
            2)    The research methodology used for this case study is descriptive
          research accomplished by analyzing secondary data collected from
          the  employee  compensation  and  benefits  prevailing  in  five  different
          e-commerce organizations viz., Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, MakeMyTrip,
          and Zomato.
            3)    As the industry is agile and competitive, employee compensation
          and  benefits  are  expected  to  be  more  innovative,  transparent,  and
          flexible to attract, satisfy and retain the finest employees.
            4)    In addition, it has become crucial to consistently reward
          and recognize hard work while also raising workplace morale in non-
           financial ways.







        Introduction

        Human resources have a division
       called  Compensation  and  Benefits
       (C&B) that deals with paying
       employees  and  offering  benefits.
       It  involves  figuring  out  how  much
       an employee should be paid as well
       as what perks should be provided.
       C&B also covers the management
       of  employee  benefit  plans,  which
       includes  informing  staff  members
