        benefits, while urban counterparts displayed lower awareness, less
        frequent consumption, and limited knowledge of millet advantages.
        Challenges, including limited millet availability, preparation know-

        how, and perceptions, were identified as barriers to millet adoption.
        Nevertheless,  there  is a palpable  interest  in millet-based  products
        among  respondents, suggesting  a promising  avenue  for market

        expansion. Tailored awareness campaigns and initiatives addressing
        these challenges hold the potential to promote millet consumption as
        a nutritious dietary choice for a broader demographic.
