               millets.
           3.  Innovation: Millets can be used in a variety of dishes, from
               breakfast cereals to desserts. The hospitality sector can explore
               innovative ways to incorporate millets in their menus, such as
               using millet flour in bread, adding millets to salads, and using
               millet flakes in granola.
