Compensation and Benefits and Their Effects on Gen
            Z and Gen Y Employees in the Service Sector

             Commentary :
            1) This paper analyses the comparison of compensation and benefits
          on Gen Z and Gen Y employees in service sector from the existing
          literature.
            2) The needs and motivators of Generation Z appear to be distinct
          from those of prior generations.
            3) Generations Z and Y anticipate various rewards from their
          employers.
            4) Gen Z is different to Gen Y in terms of several factors like they
          are more tech savvy, more cautious, more individualistic, less tolerant,
          less patient, less focused, better at multitasking. Since Gen Z are more
          cautious, they are more likely to stay longer with their first employee
          and by assuming that basic benefits are provided.

       guidelines are frequently in line with
       the needs, objectives, and available
       resources of the company. Generation
       Z and Generation Y have different pay
       scales. Employers must take note of Gen
       Z employees’ expectations since they
       will make up most of the workforce
