Abstract
In the modern era, technology has become indispensable across all industries, strongly
influencing operational efficiency. Within organizations, human resources management
stands pivotal, focusing on the effective utilization of human capital. Integration of
technology within human resources processes significantly streamlines operations, rendering
them more systematic and organized. Functions such as recruitment, talent acquisition,
learning and development, compensation and benefits administration leverage various
technologies and software, optimizing their execution. By embracing emerging technologies
within HRM, employees remain well-informed of evolving skills, while top management
effectively guides them through tasks and projects. This theoretical research paper aims to
explore the land of emerging technologies in human resources management, revealing their
potential advantages for the contemporary workforce.

Introduction
It is necessary to comprehend the evolution of HRM and traditional practices of human
resources management over a period so that people can understand the philosophy,
functions, features and practices of human resources management. It helps peopleto follow
these practices in different situations of professional world. Human resources management is
still continuously evolving to have a combination and amalgamation of three different
terminologies such as personnel management, organizationalbehavior, and labor law. The
