                    Block chain:

Block chain is a digital technology platform that serves as a decentralized public database. It

records information in a series of blocks, each containing data from participating transactions.
These blocks are uniquely identified and linked together, forming a secure and transparent

chain. In the context of HR, block chain enables quick access to candidate information for
specific job applications. It serves as a reliable tool for verifying candidates' credentials, work

experience, employment history, salary details, and other relevant information in real-time.

This streamlined process enhances efficiency and accuracy in candidate verification for HR
               teams.

 Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR):

Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) are innovative technologies that provide

immersive experiences. Virtual Reality (VR) creates entirely simulated environments that

users can interact with, usually through a VR headset. VR immerses users in a digital world,
allowing them to explore and interact with virtual objects or environments as if they were

physically present, even though they're actually just wearing a headset and looking at screens.

Augmented Reality (AR) overlays digital information or virtual objects onto the real world,
