Global Alumni Meet: 16th December 2023

Global Alumni meet was conducted on 16th December 2023. Students from various batches attended this grand event. The alumni arrived at the IMDR campus with a mix of nostalgia and excitement, eager to revisit their old stomping grounds and reconnect with their alma mater. The campus buzzed with energy as current students and faculty prepared to host them with enthusiasm.

The alumni shared engaging stories and reflections on their journeys since graduation. They spoke candidly about their corporate careers, challenges faced, and successes achieved, providing valuable insights and inspiration for both students and fellow alumni. Many alumni highlighted how their time at IMDR played a crucial role in shaping their professional paths and personal growth, emphasizing the institute’s lasting influence on their lives

The students of IMDR organized a variety of cultural performances, including music, dance, and drama, which not only entertained but also rekindled the vibrant college memories for the alumni. Alumni took a nostalgic tour of the campus, revisiting old classrooms, common areas, and spots that held special significance during their time at IMDR. The event provided ample opportunities for alumni to reconnect with former classmates, faculty members, and current students, strengthening the sense of community and shared experiences.

As the event came to a close, the alumni left with smiles and new memories, appreciating the chance to reconnect with their institute and fellow batch mates. The meet reinforced the bond between the alumni and IMDR, leaving everyone with a renewed sense of belonging and commitment to the institution.

Alumni Batch Meet 2004-06

The batch meet for 2004-06 was held on Saturday, 24th August 2019. The batch of 2004-06 returned to the campus. They came with nostalgia and hope of connecting back with the institute. IMDR students were also enthusiastic to welcome the alumni. The alumni spoke about their journey after passing out and their corporate experiences. They had plenty of insights and wonderful stories of life to share. They spoke how IMDR contributed to their lives.

Students of IMDR organized various cultural programmes and games to remind the alumni of their college days. Alumni came to the college with beautiful memories and left smiling with new one’s, connecting with the institute once again.

Rejuvenating bonds – Alumni batch meet 1990-92

Alumni are the most treasured asset of IMDR. Being the oldest B School in Pune, IMDR has a rich alumni base. On 3rd August 2019 the Alumni of 1990-92 batch visited the IMDR campus. The students had prepared marvellous surprises for the alumni along with some games and performances.

The students were excited and enthusiastic, as though they were looking at their corporate future. The alumni spoke about their journey after passing out and their corporate experiences. They had great advice for students and wonderful stories of life. The alumni were overwhelmed by the efforts of the students and the welcome they received. It was wonderful to witness how an alma mater can create strong bonds between strangers and rejuvenate after such a long period.
