Title – The Journey of Setting World Record
As a part of student development activities and corporate connect, IMDR continuously organizes webinar by various renowned industry experts. IMDR Has organized a webinar on January 29, 2022 on the topic The Journey of Setting World Record The resource person was Mr. JagdishKadam, the Chairman and Managing Director at Raj Path Infracon Pvt. Ltd.
He was invited to share his journey of making world record. On 31st May 2021 Pune-based private firm, RajpathInfracon created a World Record by constructing 39.691 kms of Asphalt road in 24 hours. This record was achieved on Pusegaon – Mhasurne Road, Satara District, Maharashtra with the help of Maharashtra state government’s public works department (PWD).
Mr. Kadam shared the success story of the RajPathInfracon and thrown light on vision, efforts, strategic planning, its effective implementation and the team spirit of Team RajPathInfracon .He shared with us a glimpse of a wonderful journey of touching new milestones. His talk made us realize that Thinking outside of the box gives you an edge over everyone, a zeal to work hard and not to leave any stone unturned in order to achieve our targets.
We have learned that The mantra for such extraordinary achievements is approaching things in innovative ways and finding variables to it through our creativity. Unusual and big dreams can also come true if we are focused and determined to accept challenges and work hard to achieve our goals.
