As a part of student development activities and corporate connect, IMDR continuously organizes webinar by various renowned industry experts. IMDR Has organized a webinar on January 08, 2022 on the topic Business in VUCA World . The webinar was conducted through Microsoft Teams and participants were students of PGDM-I &II.The resource person was Ms. PrachiMohapatra , Marketing Head, OTC, Emerging Markets, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Pune Maharashtra.
The detailed discussion on selected brands and experience sharing of shoot for Buffalo Brand was very interesting and informative and well appreciated by the participants. As rightly explained by Ms. Mohapatra that we are in uncertain space but making ourselves prepared for the uncertainty is mantra for success in today’s world. The examples from Pharma were very interesting, undoubtedly the significance of effective and timely communication in marketing is imperative.
She shared her insights on the Dr.Reddy’s Lab ‘s approach about handling uncertainty in business. Her ability to present the subject in such an interesting way along with your real life experiences and relevant videos has been highly appreciated by our students. All the students took some invaluable takeaways from this wonderful discussion.
