As a part of student development activities and corporate connect, IMDR continuously organizes webinar by various renowned industry experts. IMDR has organized a webinar on September 25 on the topic HR Journey From Campus To Corporate-The Best preparation.
The session/webinar was conducted through Blended mode and participants were students of PGDM-I & II. The resource persons were Mr. MonimoySengupta , Co-Founder & Principal Consultant at AnD HR Solutions LLP. Pune and MsSajiriChidgupkar, director & Principal Consultant at AnD HR Solutions LLP. Pune.
They explained that Campus to corporate is a life-changing transformation. It is a life transition that is exciting because you get to work in your dream job, earn money and enjoy spending it as you wish. They offered course for DM2 Human Resource students. The course consists of the three major modules, Recruitment, HR Generalists, Learning and Development. They explained each module in detail and how this course will be beneficial for us when we step in HR field. the Recruitment module consists of how the process of Selection and recruitment is carried out and will provide a straightforward guide to the process: from writing job descriptions to finally assessing who to appoint. HR generalist will give a head start to your career in HR. In this we will Learn Talent Acquisition, Payroll ,Statutory Compliance and Strategic Human Resource Management. And the last module is learning and development, this is to enhance an employee's skills, knowledge, and competency, resulting in better performance in a work setting. They also mentioned that the whole course will be practical and there will be the hand-on.
