IMDR has organized a webinar on Saturday, 11 September, 2021 at 11.30am. The topic was Leveraging the Power of LinkedIn . The event was attended by PDGM-I students of the IMDR Pune.

The resource person was Mr. Anup Menon, India Acoount Director and Regional Head, He is an MBA Marketing from SIES college of management studies, he also has completed his graduation in hotel management from IHM, Mumbai.

In July 2009 he worked at Magna Global HR services.In 2010 he worked at S2 Infotech pvt ltd as Business Development Manager. Sir has also worked with TBSL Times Business Solutions Ltd as a Manager – Major Accounts. He also has Work ex with Hindustan Times. And currently he is working with LinkedIn as India Acoount Director and Regional Head

He explained step by step how to create a good profile and how important it is to update the profile with relevant soft skills and hard skills. Since LinkedIn is Search Engine Optimized it give a better visibility to one’s profile and it is to get searched for recruitment. It is also important remain active on the network by liking, sharing, and commenting on posts that are connected to the profession. To follow dream organizations, tag the right people and organization helps you to remain on top of peoples minds in the network.
