Prof. Nishita Desai is a dynamic and dedicated academician with over 10 years of impactful experience across prominent brands in the education sectors. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Training and Development from GLS University School of Doctoral Research and Innovation, Ahmedabad, she seamlessly blends her academic prowess with practical expertise to cultivate an inspiring and innovative learning environment for her students.
