Faculty Profile:
Dr. Suraj Kamble, an IIMA FDP alumnus, is a PhD from the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune in the faculty of Marketing Management. His domain expertise spans across a wide range of academic interests like Marketing Management, Retail Management, Consumer Behaviour, Research Methodology, Marketing Research, Services Marketing, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development, etc. He has a total of 17 years of experience, out of which 16 years exclusively are in academics. Dr. Suraj has participated in various FDPs & presented research papers at State, National & International Conferences/Seminars with contributions to UGC Care, Scopus, and WOS journal publications. He has authored two books and is an Editor for an ISSN Journal.
Dr. Suraj has experience in conducting various Training and Personality Development workshops which cover wide topics like Career Management, Team Building, Time Management, Conflict Management, and so on. He aims to excel in the field of Management Education with the virtue of openness to learning & sharing knowledge.
Experience :
Started career as a Sr. Executive (Sales) with Sakaal Media group Pune then shifted to academics joining the SSR Institute of Management Development and Research, Silvassa. After serving for 7 years shifted to Pune and joined SBS Balaji Institute of Modern Management for a very small period. Currently Associated with DES’s Institute of Management Development and Research since 2016.
